About the Role We are recruiting 1 Back End Developer (experience of 4 years) for an exciting role at Digitify. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users with a primary focus on the development of all server-side logic definition and maintenance of the central database as well as ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
You will also be responsible for the integration of user-facing elements developed by the front-end team with server-side logic and therefore a reasonable understanding of front-end technologies is necessary.
In addition to this you will be tasked with writing reusable testable and efficient code and the design and implementation of low-latency high-availability and performant applications. This role also extends to covering the implementation of security and data protection as well as the integration of data storage solutions both relational and not relational.

The ideal candidatewill have:
- A Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or related fields and at least 4 years of demonstrable professional experience working in
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and its latest ES6 syntax and features
- Extensive knowledge of and frameworks available for IT Express Strong Loop
- Solid understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming and its particularities and workarounds
- Competent understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
- Previous experience of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems servers and environments.
- Exposure to the integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Intimate knowledge of the process of creating database schemes that represent and support business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience of micro-service architecture is a major advantage.
- Proficient knowledge on the use of configuration management tools like JIRA Bitbucket and Git
- A background in FinTech/banking or any other related industries.
