YOUR TASK
DHL Customers
Contacting customer via phone to do a survey using Net Promoter Approach
Contacting customer based on different touch point from country direction
Sets the platform for customer to understand that DHL is concern and focus on Customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer feedback and noted every feedback receives
Prepare customer for follow up call from Second caller
Service Improvement Issue
Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve DHLs procedures and service to positively enhance customers experience with DHL.
Adhere to existing NPA procedure as outlined in the department manuals while maintaining discretion to exercise flexibility to customers need within reasonable limits in consultation with First Choice managers
