- Manage schedules travel meetings correspondence and confidential documents.
- Act as a bridge between senior leaders and stakeholders maintaining key business relationships.
- Help foreign executives settle in Malaysia handling housing transport banking healthcare and visas.
- Support corporate projects conduct research and manage daily operations.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least one year related working experience
- Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)and scheduling tools.
