Job Description:
Responsible for the audit data collection preparation and organization of audit documentation.
Conduct interviews and walkthroughs to understand business processes and risks.
Perform testing of internal controls and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
Perform audit fieldwork under the supervision.
Assist in executing audit engagements in accordance with the internal audit plan.
Assist in preparing draft findings audit reports and presentations.
Assist in data analysis to identify anomalies trends and risks.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation status of audit recommendations.
Support ad-hoc investigations special reviews or process improvement projects as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the internal audit team.
Stay updated on company policies procedures industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field.
12 years of experience in internal audit or external audit.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or project experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of audit and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
High integrity professionalism and objectivity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with audit software or data analytics tools like Tableau is a plus.
