Job Description
KITE Search are currently working with one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong who are currently looking to strengthen their project development team. We are looking to speak with accomplished Senior Project Managers with a strong architectural background who are interested in working with one of the leaders in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the full spectrum of project development from conceptual project benchmarking project planning design development construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
- Contract arrangement and administration perform site supervision and manage the resources engaged on the project to ensure the works assigned are delivered in accordance with the budget schedule and project requirements
- Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors to oversee all construction operations to ensure the quality of the works are executed and the project progress is under good control
- Ensure all policies and procedures relating to the project are established and maintained by all parties connected with the project
- Liaise with relevant Government Departments and Authorities on statutory submissions approvals and inspections
- Leading in-house team for master planning layout plan design project planning and programming for potential sites
- HKIA/ ARIBA/ ARICS or equivalent qualifications
- Degree holder or above in Architecture or related discipline
- Over 8 years experience in property development & project management preferably gained in consultant firms & developers
- Well-versed with statutory standards & regulations
- Strong design and technical competence as well as good commercial sense and problem solving ability
- Strong communications & leadership skills
