Role Overview

As the Operations Manager you will oversee daily operations ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will play a crucial role in staff training inventory management and enhancing overall store performance.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly.


Product Quality

  • Ensure products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.


Team Leadership

  • Recruit train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge customer service and operational procedures.
  • Lead by example motivating the team to achieve sales and performance goals.


Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations including staffing inventory management and scheduling.
  • Manage budgets and maintain financial records.
  • Regularly review product quality and market trends.


Customer Relationships

  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
  • Organise staff scheduling discipline and operational workflow.
  • Provide on-the-job training on product knowledge and upselling techniques.
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly monthly and annual revenues and expenses.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for coffee and wine with WSET Level 2 or above certification preferred.
  • Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Relevant qualifications and food licensing knowledge are a plus.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.
