Job Description

Amazon has spent years building one of the worlds most efficient and optimized supply chains. The Multi Channel Fulfillment Solutions Org (MCF) is building on that foundation by innovating end-to-end supply chain capabilities for merchants that want to use Amazons capabilities to fulfill orders from their own website or other marketplaces.

The MCF team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to create and drive cross-functional programs for the International MCF business (UK EU4 JP CA MX and AUS). This role is foundational to define launch and scale business and program management capabilities that support MCFs International expansion.

The successful candidate will have a track record of:
- Leading complex cross-functional programs and demonstrating end-to-end ownership. Driving structure through strong program management mechanisms that drive visibility collaboration and effective decision making across cross-functional teams as well as at a Leadership level
- Effectively leading multiple programs simultaneously being able to prioritize and manage risks
- Program Management of Product and feature launches
- Building relationships and partnering across multiple functions to deliver results (including but not be limited to Technology Business Intelligence Product and Sales/ Account Management Marketing and Finance)
- Authoring documents to be presented at a Senior Leadership level
- Diving deep and managing data
- Being naturally curious and thriving in ambiguous environments. With the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and effectively problem solve


Key job responsibilities
- Lead the the Product roadmap for the International business team. This involves becoming an expert in local requirements leading deep dives into customer needs and competitor landscapes to deliver Director-level business cases prioritization of the roadmap as well as consultation on Product development.
- Program manage large-scale and cross-functional workstreams as well as product launches to ensure change is delivered on time and in-full. With strong mechanisms to track progress effectively driving Senior Leader visibility on progress as well as managing risks
- Lead International Business reporting mechanisms (MBR QBR and WBRs - presented at a VP & Director level)
- Act as an owner across the annual business planning processes (OP and 3YP)
- Program manage MCF business expansion to new priority countries as well as overseeing program management of the established UK business. This will include establishing the mechanisms and structures to support scale as well as navigating resolution to any blockers.
- Lead priority country strategy documents as well as strategic programs (presented at a VP & Director level)
- Lead deep dives into Customer paint points and opportunities and program manage resulting actions.

About the team
This role sits within the International MCF team we are responsible for the 9 countries where MCF operates outside of the US. The team owns business strategy performance and international expansion. The team sits within the Buy with Prime organization.
Given the broad remit and responsibilities of the team the team has a start-up like culture with team members having the opportunity to hold broad ownership as well as visibility across the business.

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience leading process improvements
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Experience working with Product teams and working on Product launches

- Experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain
