bout the Project
Were kicking off a bold innovation-driven pilot in cooperation with a leading AI technology provider. The mission: to rethink how complex processes in the German energy market are structured and executed not just to automate but to intelligently transform them.
This is not about building another workflow tool or pushing tickets through. Its about using AI to dissect real-world complexity understand patterns and co-create smarter solutions. Youll work at the intersection of deep industry logic and cutting-edge tech and build something that actually matters.
What Youll Actually Do
Develop intelligent backend components in Python to support AI-driven process transformation.
Translate manual workflows into clean scalable digital logic.
Build and integrate logic that interacts directly with AI components to drive smarter system behavior.
Collaborate closely with AI engineers and domain experts to co-design adaptive value-driven solutions.
Prototype test iterate and challenge assumptions as you go.
Understand the why behind the problem not just the how of the implementation.
What You Bring
3 years of experience with Python (or strong experience with comparable technologies).
Solid understanding of APIs data structures and modern software design principles.
A curious and analytical mind with the drive to explore complex systems.
Experience with AI machine learning or intelligent systems is a big plus.
Ability to work independently contribute ideas and collaborate across disciplines.
Bonus points for experience in the energy/utilities sector.
Fluent English; German is a plus but not required.
