Job Description
Our company exists to promote and protect life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We design build and support low Size Weight and Power (SWaP) multimode airborne radar systems. We support the entire lifecycle-often beginning by defining a market where none exists building the product training our customers and providing ongoing field support.

We offer an impressive product line a compelling value proposition and a dynamic team. We need a skilled Systems Engineer to help advance and sustain our radar products which include Machine Learning (ML) Moving Target Indication (MTI) and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging capabilities.
What Youll Do:
- Work closely with partners and customers in a technical capacity.
- Mentor fellow engineers and contribute expertise.
- Operate with minimal oversight while taking the lead on projects when needed.
- Play a key role in shaping projects and making a significant impact.

What Were Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in radar systems performance analysis.
- BS or MS in an Engineering-related field.
- US Citizen eligible for a US Government security clearance.
- Able to work onsite at our Springville Utah facility.
- Basic knowledge of Python
Preferred Skills:
- Radar system performance modeling simulation data analysis and test planning
- Derivation and allocation of radar system hardware and software requirements
- Understanding of methods and applications for airborne SAR and MTI modes
- Advanced knowledge of Python
- Organization communication and documentation with proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence software
