Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sales Forecasting & Analysis:
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the Brazil market utilizing Saleforce historical data market trends and industry insights.
Analyze sales performance against forecasts identify key drivers of variance and communicate findings to leadership.
Partner with sales teams to understand their pipeline opportunities and challenges to refine forecast accuracy.
Data Management & Analysis:
Proficiently use advanced Excel features (including Macros and VB programming) to consolidate analyze and manipulate large datasets.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Leverage Tableau (or similar data visualization tools) to create insightful data visualizations and present findings to leadership.
Strategic Insights & Recommendations:
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
Identify potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans for the Brazil market.
Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros and VB programming) with demonstrated experience in building complex financial models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Desirable: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Additional Competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
