Concierge Responsibilities

Assist in receptionduties

Ensure that allprocesses needed for patient services are prepared

Coordinate internaladmissions process with various department heads

Conduct facility tours

Follow up on concernsfrom guests family and staff

Maintain and updatefacility guest census

Act as customerservice liaison for the facility

Concierge Requirements

High school diploma orits equivalent

Previous professionalexperience

COVID-19 Vaccination

Preferred

Previous experience ina long-term care environment

Knowledge of Medicareand Medicaid requirements and procedures

Knowledge of lawsregulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
