Job Description

This position is responsible for receiving sorting and distributing packages for residents in West Campus using the package tracking software database. Contact residents if they have received a perishable package. Provide excellent customer service while dealing with difficult situations. Assist residents with mailbox issues and provide instruction on mailbox use. Clean and maintain the mailroom by keeping it neat and well organized at all times. Look up information for misdirected or incomplete mail or packages and take the appropriate action by forwarding redirecting or returning to sender.

Required Skills

High School Diploma strong customer service skills and one year of related experience.
