The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$40400.00 - $60600.00

Purpose Statement: The Manufacturing Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks that help keep the production process running efficiently primarily focusing on labeling.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Execute work assignments based on department needs with a focus on quality productivity and efficiency.
  • Enter and maintain operational data within a variety of manufacturing systems.
  • Participate or lead continuous improvement activities within area of responsibility utilizing lean manufacturing tools.
  • Ensure effective cross-department communication through relationship building and team engagement
  • Responsible for creating executing and printing accurate labels for production and shipping.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a GED is required; a High School diploma is preferred.
  • Two (2) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must have basic to intermediate knowledge/skills in Google Workspace or Outlook Word Excel DCS Cornerstone tasks Training Delinquency and Forecast Tool and ABI Programs or VKS Guidebooks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to interpret receive direction and apply both written and oral communication
  • Flexible to quickly adapt to learning new tasks assisting Inline Trainers to meet changing customer demands
  • Flexible and able to work overtime nights various shifts and weekends as required
  • Flexible to work in multiple areas as required
  • Demonstrated competencies in: leadership teamwork professional demeanor quality job knowledge communication problem solving and lean principles flexibility attendance and timeliness
