Job Title: Property Management Coordinator
Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Working from the Reno office; Sitting at Museum tower

Assignment Duration: Through 12/31 Convert to FTE depending upon work performance
Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM
Summary:
- As a CBRE Property Management Coordinator you will provide routine services for a variety of departmental and financial activities.
Team Overview: Team of 3
Resources typical working day: - Sitting in building could be giving people in access.
- Coding invoices heavy admin work
- Checking on properties
- Will have to drive to different properties
- 30 minutes to the north in reno
- 30 minutes to the east in sparks
- Museum Tower downtown is where they will be sitting- 50% at Museum 50% downtown 10% visiting properties (Mileage can be expensed)
Must Have Skills: - Attention to detail
- Critical thinking
- Open to learning
- Draft notices
Nice to have skills: - Excel
- Any property management applications MRI or Yardi
Years of Experience: 2-5 years
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
Software skills: Excel MS Office Adobe
