Summary of Duties
As a Case Management Coordinator & Receptionist you will:
Provide administrative support to caseworkers and supervisors including data entry case management tasks and record-keeping.
Assist casework staff with a variety of paperwork forms scheduling copying scanning and tracking.
Answer calls address inquiries coordinate schedules and direct individuals to services and resources.
Ensure compliance with laws rules and policies regarding payments documents and information.
Adapt to changes as needed by supporting various areas of Child Welfare.
Process and manage records requests (Police Medical School Etc.) uploading files and distributing records as needed to caseworkers.
Receive records and ensure OR-Kids information is correct and current verifying personal information and details.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems following consistent and timely archive procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting; OR
An associate degree in any field; OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience using Excel spreadsheets to track and organize information.
Experience using prioritization and time management to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
Experience adjusting to changing circumstances and deadlines to complete tasks.
Working Conditions
This is an in-person position duties will be conducted in an office setting.
Employees work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm PT; hours may fluctuate based on service needs.
Rare compensated overtime hours may be required including evening and weekend work.
May work with individuals experiencing trauma or crisis. Some individuals may have challenges managing their emotions.
May encounter situations requiring quick decision-making to ensure the safety of oneself or others.
