Job Description
Were seeking a talented and creativeGraphicDesigner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Email and Social Media Design:Create engaging email templates and social mediagraphicsthat drive engagement and conversions.
- Digital Content Creation:Develop visually appealing digital content including banners infographics and other digital assets.
- Sales and Marketing Collateral:Design sales collateral presentation decks and one-pagers to support business development efforts.
- Brand Consistency:Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables including maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines.
- Video Editing (Optional):Edit videos for social media and other marketing purposes.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of design skills
- Understanding of email and social media marketing best practices
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign)
- Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A positive and collaborative attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in sports-related design
- Understanding of marketing principles (e.g. CTAs)
- Ability to capture community moments and emotions in designs
- Willingness to suggest improvements and contribute creative ideas
