Job Description
Integrated Foods Limited (IFL) is a global leader in food processing and agribusiness with vertically integrated operations that include large-scale farming and a boutique lamb processing facility located in Gisborne and Napier. As part of a diverse group of businesses including Maori enterprise forestry carbon and investment operations IFL offers a dynamic and purpose-driven work environment.
Our farming division plays a critical role in delivering premium products while supporting sustainable practices across the value chain.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Shepherd General to join our team at Tapere Station an 870ha sheep and beef breeding property located in Wharekopae approximately 60 minutes west of Gisborne.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a shepherding role
- A capable and reliable team of working dogs
- Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A positive attitude and willingness to engage across all aspects of the farming operation
- A solid understanding of and commitment to health and safety practices
