Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at NASCON. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing tender documents contracts budgets and bills of quantities
- Conducting cost control cost analysis and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
- Assessing and evaluating project variations and preparing change orders
- Performing site visits and measure quantities for payment certificates and valuations
- Preparing and negotiating final accounts and settlements
- Reviewing and analyzing project schedules and progress reports
Requirements Summary
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid professional membership/license from recognized Quantity Surveying association
Requirements
