Location: Dalian
What this job involves
- Daily check and approve vendor setup/change requests for APAC countries maintain the vendor information to be accurate especially for bank information
- Work with the requesters if data/information is unclear/missing
- Strictly follow SLA and checking points to complete the requests
- Priority the urgent requests to meet business requirements
- Ensuring requests comply with both internal and external policies
- Resolve inquiries related to the vendor information and setup process
- Coordinate higher level of approvers on the vendor setup/change requests
- Archive all related documentation for audit purposes
- Work with other teams to support system tests changes or upgrade
Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- 2-5 years of financial work experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to manage workload to meet SLA
- Solid Microsoft skills especially in Excel
- Must be able to own responsibilities and processes.
- Be positive careful and patient in daily work strongly in teamwork
Preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Finance & Accounting
- Vendor setup/review or process control working experience is a plus
- Availability to learn and get new skills in self-learning
