Are you a curious person who enjoys seeing the bigger picture This is a chance to work as a QA/Test Engineer within one of our Production Engineering and Technology (PET Systems) department. Through our systems all Axis products are manufactured and you will play a vital role in ensuring the softwares quality!
Who is your future team
Your team will be the Production Test Modules-team a team consisting of three people of senior experienced and junior software engineers who develop test modules needed for production. You will also be part of the QA team that includes five different testers with QA focus and collaboration across PET Systems. You will be part of a diverse and experienced team with many opportunities to influence your personal development as well as the direction of the team. What youll do here asQA/Test Engineer
As aQA/Test Engineer your curiosity clear communication and attention to detail will be your greatest assets. You will work with the development team to verify and validate upcoming releases and upcoming features and automate what can be automated. Your insights will continuously enhance system functionality and contribute to our evolving QA process. We value your ability to bring energy and a positive attitude to the team motivating others with your enthusiasm and collaborative spirit.
Who are we looking for/Who are you
Youre a curious individual who takes initiative sees the customer view with a technical side that is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are social communicative and easy to work with then this is the opportunity for you. This position is open to both junior and experienced test engineers.
Wed love to hear that you have/are:
- . . in Computer Science Engineering Physics Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience or deep interest in manual testing test automation and other test methodologies.
- Programming knowledge in object-oriented languages such as C# knowledge in Python and familiar with sql and Git is also a plus.
- Bonus points for experience with Confluence and Jira.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships across teams.
