Job Purpose:
Work within the Group Performance Management (GPM) team to support delivery of high-quality financial reporting Management Information (MI) analysis forecasting planning and remuneration content to senior leadership of the Group. Work closely on the underlying process and systems and identifying and implementing improvements to the processes and controls.
This role will support the Business Planning & Forecast team in production of the key FP&A output and will help develop/implement Future Finance Programme (FFP) processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end process for Regional-CEO Decks and any RCEO-related requests and the Segmental Analysis in the December Board in GPM KL; worked closely with GPM HK lead country directors and KPI owners.
Main GPM KL support for the delivery of first and second interim dividends and supporting analysis
Lead the management of consolidation files to capture submissions; ensuring it is flexible enough to support different as requested by senior management
Lead the upload of Plan data into systems (Cognos and OneStream) for LBU submission ensuring completeness & alignment with submitted LBU Plan numbers and timely sign-off is achieved.
Support the QBPR business plan and rebase plan processes including development of financial shape issuing guidance workshops LBU submissions and delivery of board materials; independently communicate with GPM HK and stakeholders to assist in their request and provide clarification when necessary.
Assist with any new Planning & Forecast related tasks assigned by GPM HK.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Finance
5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
Display pragmatic and principled approach in solving problems and be able to articulate communications empathetically
Precise numerical written and verbal communication
Degree qualified; professional qualifications such as CPA/CA/CFA is an added advantage
Asian language skills in addition to proficiency in English
