Responsibilities
Syntelligent is seeking a Maximo Management Assistant to support NAVFAC
Location:Naval Air Station (NAS) / 6801 Roosevelt Blvd Jacksonville FL 32212
Shift:1st 2nd or 3rd (24x7 Operation)
Anticipated Salary Range:$19.00 Hourly
Status:Full-Time
Opening Type:Contingent Upon Proposal Award

Duties will include:
- Review relevant information provided by customers to assure validity and accuracy of requests.
- Evaluate customer requests to determine proper classification.
- Creates work orders in a computerized database (Maximo 7.6). Review Maximo input fields for correct data input.
- Collaborates with customers and responsible associates to ensure requests/problems are submitted and processed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Basic understanding of Facility maintenance and repair concepts.
- Ability to follow administrative policies and procedures as directed to maintain and improve the efficiency of the RCC.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and software related to administrative processing.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel.
- Experience with or ability to learn Maximo 7.6.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Capable of interacting professionally with all personnel

Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
