Your new role
As an Advanced IT Professional at our Koriyama Factory you will focus on delivering high-quality IT solutions that support the factorys business objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance development and security of IT systems to ensure optimal performance reliability and protection of systems and data while implementing updates and improvements to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through regular audits assessments and policy development while identifying assessing and mitigating IT-related risks to the organization.
- Provide comprehensive user training and support to maximize effective utilization of IT systems across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts monitoring performance and ensuring that vendor services align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and deliver IT solutions that enhance operations and drive overall efficiency.

You will be part of the Business Support IT team at our Koriyama Factory in Japan. This team plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the factorys IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and compliance. The Koriyama Factory is a vibrant and collaborative environment where innovation and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a new Advance IT professional with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills who will thrive in working in a high-paced dynamic environment. Youll bring with you:
- High-school degree or above.
- 5 years of experience in IT system management.
- Expertise in compliance requirements business process support and vendor management as well as proficiency in project management and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ITIL/Change and Release Management.
- Fluent Japanese and Business level English
