Hourly Rate: 22-24 PAYE via trust Direct Engagement
We are currently seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Haematology and Blood Transfusion to join our clients team in Hampshire. This is a full-time ongoing position working core hours only offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.
You will perform full blood counts coagulation studies and blood film morphology. You will ensure accurate analysis maintain quality control and collaborate with clinical teams.
- HCPC registration
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in Haematology/Blood Transfusion within a clinical laboratory
- Experience with Bio-Rad IH-500
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- NHS experience (preferred)
