WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES: Fixed contract (Temporary - 6 months) for our office based in Varna Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our customers with their queries - via email or phone;
- Process customers data and update the information in our database;
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Fluent English;
- Additional language is considered as advantage;
- Attention to details;
- Basic computer skills;
- Communication skills;
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
