About the role
Are you an experienced customer service professional with strong leadership skills The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Supervisor - Reception to oversee the front-of-house operations across our Holiday Parks.
In this role youll coordinate reception services manage reservations supervise and support staff and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional service that reflects Coffs Harbour as a premier tourist destination. You will also play a key role in maintaining systems and processes handling bookings and payments liaising with long-term residents and supporting the smooth running of holiday park operations.
Please note: the successful candidate may be required to work across a 7-day roster and
at all of our four Coffs Coast Holiday Park locations.
