Summary/Objective
Manager of Operations plans directs andcoordinates the operations by directing daily operations planning the use ofmaterials technology and human resources while maintaining customerrelationships by performing the following duties.
EssentialFunctions

1.Directs andcoordinates activities of business concerned with the production pricing salesand/or distribution of products.
2.Establishesstandard operating procedures for information technology infrastructure organizationally.
3.Directadministrative activities directly related to making products providingservices and training to customers.
4.Organizesstaff work schedules and assigns specific duties.
5.Maintainsknowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planningresources allocation human resource modeling leadership technique productionmethods and coordination of people and resources.
6.Identifiesthe developmental needs of others coaches mentors and otherwise helps toimprove their knowledge and skills.
7.Maintainsbasic knowledge of human resources principles with regards to recruitingselection and training.
8.Providesongoing performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
9.Maintainsknowledge of industry principles and procedures for customer and personnelservices.
10. Exceeds customer expectations along with teamand provides quality of standard for all sales and service interaction.
11. Reviews operational records and reports toproject sales strengths and areas of improvement.
12. All other duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements for the Operations Manager
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school or continued education is a plus.
Bachelors Degree in Business Logistics or related highly preferred.
Knowledge of distributor operations is required.
Must be willing to work overtime as business needs arise.
Attention to detail organization skills and ability to workindependently or with a team
Results-driven personality a plus.
Previous work experience with successful management of personnela plus.
Strong communication skills whether written verbal or otherwiserequired especially using moderately complex terminology and concepts.
Must be willing to travel locally with occasional overnights andhave a clean driving record.
