Job Description
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team improving operations systems and ensuring their processes and people align to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team ensuring goals are achieved with emphasis on safety efficiency and quality
- Manage daily operational activities including workforce planning scheduling and streamlining of processes
- Develop and implement systems to improve product handling workflow efficiency and resource allocation
- Monitor key performance indicators identify improvement opportunities and proactively resolve challenges
- Maintain full compliance with OSHA requirements and all applicable safety and regulatory standards
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to drive cost-effective operations
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement strategies
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment; Operations Management experience
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management Supply Chain Business or related field
- Budgeting scheduling and forecasting experience
- Process improvement knowledge
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team coaching and operational excellence
- Experience with Lean methodologies
