What Youll Do

• Operate magnetic resonance (MRI) computed tomography (CT) and X-ray imaging equipment to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions.
• Select appropriate imaging techniques operate imaging consoles and peripheral hardware and ensure high-quality image capture.
• Enter and monitor patient data transfer and store images and prepare film transparencies using an automatic processor.
• Serve as a key point of contact for patients throughout the imaging process ensuring comfort and clear communication.
• Maintain and enforce all patient safety protocols related to imaging procedures.
• Actively participate in committees and initiatives including Performance Improvement Radiation Safety Patient and Physician Education Continuous Quality Improvement and Employee Satisfaction.
• Perform other imaging-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Who Were Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registration in Radiography is required; MRI registry.
• Current American Heart Association certification required within 3 months of hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
• At least two years of professional MRI experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred.
• A patient-centered professional with strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality care.

Our total rewards package includes

• Pay Range: $29.38 - $61.94 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
