*Note: Cash Compensation includes Base Salary a variable performance-based component and discretionary housing allowance.
OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:
The Head of Business Development is the architect of JUMP!s growth strategy driving revenue generation through new business development strategic partnerships and innovative market engagement. This role holds ultimate accountability for identifying and capturing new revenue opportunities that fuel transformational learning experiences for youth globally. By building a sustainable pipeline of mission-aligned partnerships this position directly supports JUMP!s commitment to expanding its impact and financial sustainability.
With ownership of both strategy and execution this role integrates market expansion new business development and strategic partnerships to deliver consistent high-quality revenue outcomes. It ensures JUMP! reaches its targets of $5M in revenue by 2026 and $10M by 2027 while maintaining alignment with our mission and core values of professionalism growth orientation and community focus.
This position also plays a critical role in shaping JUMP!s market positioning opening new channels for revenue generation and developing a pipeline of long-term values-driven partners. By leveraging strategic insights data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of experiential education markets the Head of Business Development continuously unlocks new opportunities for growth and impact.
This role does not just generate new revenue - it builds the foundational partnerships that drive sustainable growth expand market reach and deepen JUMP!s transformational impact. These partnerships are not short-term transactions; they are strategic collaborations (think 1015 years) that fund and fuel JUMP!s mission to empower youth through experiential learning.
