Job Description
- Handle constructionprojects work closely with project manager and liaise with site officer/subcontractor
- Scheduling co-ordinating and supervising the work of all site operations ensuring that all work is completed safely on time
- Prepare the workers working time card and submit it to the office by the deadline
- Preparing of work done report and photo report after job completed
- Perform housekeeping to ensure a neat and tidy workplace
- Assess work areas before performing any job operation
- Maintenance and upkeep cleanliness of machinery and worksite
- Uploading/unloading and delivermaterials to various worksite via 24-feet lorry
- Adhoc duties assigned by manager(s)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a valid Class 4driving licence
- Self-motivated with a positive mindset
- Excellent team player good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
