Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates bills of quantities and tender documents for interior projects.
- Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials labor and equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
- Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Good knowledge of interior design materials methods and costs.
- Familiarity with cost estimating and tendering processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
