Those in SAP finance at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications. You will analyse client requirements implement software solutions and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP finance applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise financial processes improve financial reporting and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Finance team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful SAP FICO CFIN solutions. As a Manager you are expected to guide the execution of client engagements maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwCs goals and vision. You are expected to be responsible for managing client accounts leading teams and developing junior staff while leveraging your knowledge in SAP FICO CFIN to deliver quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of SAP FICO CFIN solutions
- Guide client engagements with a focus on customer-centric approaches
- Manage client accounts and deliver top-tier deliverables
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
- Utilize subject matter knowledge in SAP FICO CFIN to drive project success
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Secure adherence to PwCs goals and vision
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
What Sets You Apart
- Training junior team members to develop skills
- Analyzing and customizing Release Notes for engagements
- Serving as a SME for resolving complex issues
- Developing proficiency in specific application functions
- Identifying opportunities for deploying new functionality
- Leading testing automation efforts
- Conducting ticket review calls with clients
- Leading design development and deployment of enhancements
- SAP Certification in FICO/CFIN preferred
Additional Qualification:
Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
