Pulse have recently partnered with one of the leading healthcare providers. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Occupational Therapist to join our specialist 73-bed private hospital service dedicated to men and women with mental health problems. As an Occupational Therapist you will play a crucial role in promoting health and independence through high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions. You will also provide clinical leadership supervision and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team.
Your main responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:
You will communicate effectively with clinicians managers directors people who access services carers/supporters/family members stakeholders and agencies. You will provide compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff including support staff and assistants. You will ensure the delivery of occupational therapy student placements. You will support the completion of appraisals and personal development plans for junior staff. You will develop and implement appropriate policies protocols and care pathways.
