1. Content Management

  • Support product listing execution to ensure on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery and speed to market across e-commerce platforms.

  • Maintain and update product listing images check pricing and promotional content across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada Shopee TikTok Shop).

  • Ensure content accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines and commercial plans.

2. Purchase Order (PO) Management

  • Process daily POs accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure PO alignment with campaign timelines and inventory.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve PO-related issues with supply chain & logistic teams.

3. Claim Accrual & Submission

  • Track and manage claim accruals for trade and marketing activities.

  • Prepare and submit claims with supporting documentation in accordance with internal policies and timelines.

  • Liaise with finance and commercial teams to ensure proper claim validation and approvals.

4. Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Support monthly reporting on sales content accuracy PO status and claim tracking.

  • Reconcile campaign budgets claims and actual spend to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or execution gaps for resolution.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of Ecommerce experience will be an added advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with digital platforms and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly

  • Excellent team player with an aptitude for sales and a drive to always deliver on KPIs

  • Excellent command of English the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders.
