Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for open trade channels in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors pharmacies and healthcare providers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships to enhance market reach.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Train andmanagesales team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management with a focus on open trade channels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
