Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for open trade channels in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors pharmacies and healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships to enhance market reach.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management with a focus on open trade channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
