Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and growth of existing large and complex accounts to drive long term profitable growth by maintaining or growing share.
- Identify key growth opportunities and advance the relationships with customers to fully develop opportunities for growth profitability and strategic positioning.
- Deeply understand key customers needs and offer corresponding new solutions to strongly support customers business growth network expansion or sale channel diversification.
- Achievement of sales budget and payment management cooperation with finance and supply chain.
- Address to significant customer concerns or complaints on a daily operational basis.
We are looking for
- Strong negotiation skills resilience and result-driven
- Ability to decode the customer needs and to design adapted solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation capabilities
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Good sense of responsibility and execution
