About the Role
The Manual QA Specialist is a key player in ensuring our clients crypto services meet the highest standards. From quality assurance oversight to detailed bug reporting and resolution monitoring this role combines technical expertise with strategic insight to guarantee that every aspect of the platform aligns with user needs and business objectives.
What Youll Do:
Lead the quality assurance process for cutting-edge crypto services.
Apply deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and platforms.
Identify track and document bugs and issues with precision.
Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Refine and enhance QA processes to meet evolving needs.
Ensure user experience and operational workflows are optimized.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Sign off on bug resolutions to ensure deployment readiness.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or business analysis preferably within the crypto or fintech industries.
Solid understanding of crypto ecosystems platforms and technologies.
A meticulous eye for detail to identify reproduce and document issues.
Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with development and UX teams.
Clear and concise communication skills for detailed bug reporting.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and operational workflows.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
Work Environment:
40 hours/week: Monday to Friday.
Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office 2 days remote.
Location: Bulgaria (eligibility to work in Bulgaria required).
