Job Summary
Digital Trust & Safety Specialist Polish & English (Content Review)
FlowDesk CX is excited to be expanding our global team and is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join us on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
This critical role involves ensuring a safe and trustworthy digital environment for our clients and their users by reviewing user-generated content against established policies. If you have a passion for online integrity and fluency in both Polish and English we want to hear from you!
The Opportunity & Your Impact
As a specialist in our Trust and Safety team you will be on the front lines acting as a crucial safeguard for a major digital platform. Your work directly impacts the quality safety and compliance of the platform protecting millions of users daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Review and Moderation: Systematically review and assess user-generated content (including text images and videos) to ensure strict adherence to platform guidelines policies and local regulations.
- Policy Enforcement: Apply complex Trust and Safety policies consistently and accurately making time-sensitive decisions on whether to remove restrict or escalate content.
- Investigate and Analyze: Research and investigate potential violations identifying trends in harmful content and spam to contribute to policy improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain precise records of moderation activities contributing to internal reports on content trends and enforcement metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in calibration sessions to ensure high quality and consistency in decision-making across the team.
What You Bring
- Language Fluency (Essential): Near-native or native proficiency in Polish (C2 level) and professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in Content Moderation Quality Assurance Policy Enforcement or a related Trust & Safety (T&S) field is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail strong analytical capabilities and excellent judgment to handle sensitive complex and potentially disturbing content.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes in platform policies.
- Location & Availability: Must be willing to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria starting December 1st 2025 and be available for rotational shifts (24/7 coverage including weekends and public holidays).
