Job Description
Tevpro is seeking aReact Engineer*to join our growing engineering team in Houston a Tevpro React Engineer youll have the opportunity to work with theWorlds Most Recognized Brandsand be at the forefront of driving a major transformation.
*In this role you will architect build and maintain complex web applications using React and modern JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement clean efficient and reusable React components.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional responsive web interfaces.
- Optimize performance for web applications across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs.
- Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest Testing Library or Playwright.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.
- Work in person one (1) day a week at our Houston offices (1000 N Post Oak Road Houston TX 77055).
- 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with React Hooks and modern state management (e.g. Redux Zustand Recoil or Context API).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 and CSS.
- Experience with modern build tools (Webpack Vite Rollup) and bundling strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Git-based version control.
- Proven experience building responsive and accessible (WCAG-compliant) interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with server-side rendering () or static site generators.
- Familiarity with component libraries like Storybook Shadcn etc.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest Vitest or Playwright.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker).

Location:
Houston TX. The candidate must be able to come into our offices one day per week to whiteboard and collaborate on client projects. Our offices are located at 1000 N Post Oak Road Houston TX 77055.
