Job Profile Summary:

You will be processing the applications and executing the due diligence checks for candidates who are applying to be Representatives with the Company. You are required to ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with high level of accuracy and within stipulated turnaround time (TAT).

Job Description:

  • Processing of applications for potential representatives of the Company.

  • Execution of required due diligence checks and documentation relevant to the Fit and Proper Certification of Representatives under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF).

  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Agency Leaders Candidates Vendor Verifiers) to carry out the required due diligence checks.

  • Timely and accurate record keeping documentation and reporting.

  • Ensure processes are carried out in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with high level of accuracy and within stipulated turnaround time (TAT).

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process automation digitalization and/or system enhancements
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Curiosity in exploring new tools and solutions to address operational needs.

Working Experience:

  • Relevant working experience will be advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams SharePoint) will be advantageous.

  • Familiarity with mail merge spreadsheet management and basic data analysis will be advantageous.

Education:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related fields of study
