What a College Intern - Product Engineering does at HP:
- You will be attached to the Product Engineering & Quality team.
- Work in multiple disciplines of product engineering print systems customer assurance and quality systems.
- Gain insights through the analysis of data and understanding of operational processes and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Develop solutions to resolve business problems and improve processes to gain efficienciesand make an impact to the customer experience.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP usually possess:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering. Students that are graduating in 2026/2027 will be prioritized.
- Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship starting in January 2026.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact & work with stakeholders at all levels & across different cultures to deliver the desired business outcomes.
- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills.
- Possess growth mindset self-driven personality & ability to think out-of-the box to find solutions to problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a focus on meeting tight schedules and delivering results.
