We are looking for a Clinical and Workshop Lead to join our Wellington Centre team. This role is critical in creating a world-class service in the region by leading both clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.

As Clinical and Workshop Lead youll work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth service delivery manage workshop workflows and foster a strong values-driven team culture.

Description

What youll do

Provide clinical oversight and technical leadership to ensure safe effective and high-quality service.
Lead and support your team with coaching mentoring and professional development.
Collaborate across clinical workshop stock and service coordination teams for seamless patient care.
Build strong relationships with hospitals surgeons orthotic centres and health providers.
Drive improvements in service delivery device quality and workflow efficiency.
Maintain your own (minimal) clinical caseload
