We are looking for a Clinical and Workshop Lead to join our Wellington Centre team. This role is critical in creating a world-class service in the region by leading both clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.
As Clinical and Workshop Lead youll work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth service delivery manage workshop workflows and foster a strong values-driven team culture.
DescriptionWhat youll do
- Provide clinical oversight and technical leadership to ensure safe effective and high-quality service.
- Lead and support your team with coaching mentoring and professional development.
- Collaborate across clinical workshop stock and service coordination teams for seamless patient care.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals surgeons orthotic centres and health providers.
- Drive improvements in service delivery device quality and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain your own (minimal) clinical caseload
Skills And ExperiencesWhat youll bring
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor motivate and grow high-performing teams.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge in prosthetic and orthotic design manufacturing and technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient-centred care cultural awareness and equity of service delivery.
- A degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics
