Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end sales operations on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal including bid participation product listing and order processing
- Identify suitable tenders and procurement opportunities through online platforms and government portals
- Prepare and submit bids proposals and tender documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payments shipments and order fulfilment
- Track and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with relevant tender guidelines documentation standards and deadlines
- Generate leads through calls email campaigns and online research
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GeM portal e-tendering or government procurement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a process-driven approach
- Initiative taker
