The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact
You will identify evaluate and prioritize business requirement and IS improvement along the whole value chain from HUB view.
You will develop prepare and implement IS solution that ensure reduced cycle time reduced overhead and improve overall process efficiency and transparency.
You will lead or support global program implementation locally and harmonize the way business is conducted.
You will support and promote IS system Integration of SAP MES/ECS Celonis sales configurator (where applicable) and etc.
You will promote best practice sharing and roll-out across HUB.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelors degree or above in Business Engineering Computer or related.
5 years experience in software development ERP/MES RPA and digitalization or related.
Skilled in Python Java C/C SQL PowerBI and so on.
Skilled or familiar with AI and machine learning.
Lean and 6Sigma Green belt will be plus.
Adapt to travelling and working under pressure.
Fluent in English speaking and writing.
