Description
Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG) - Independence Family Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team preferably in a full-time capacity (although we will consider part-time applicants). The right candidate will join a team currently consisting of one Physician and one Nurse Practitioner and will be supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team. The successful candidate will be skilled conscientious empathetic a good communicator and organized.
Position details:
- Flexible part- or full-time position consisting of 16-38 hours per week
- Busy growing practice in Virginia Beach VA
- Shared on-call schedule (very light call volume)
- Opportunity for learning and growth
- Majority private insurance patients

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Current national board certification
- Current DEA license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience preferred but not required
