Job Description
Client: Leading Multidisciplinary Design & Engineering Consultancy
Essentials: 5 7 years experience with industrial projects; proven track record across client meetings planning tender and construction stages; proficiency with BIM Level 2 Autodesk Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.
strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR compliance; ability to mentor junior team members.
Location: Limerick

Reporting into: CSA Director
- Design & Technical Delivery: Produce and coordinate planning applications tender/construction drawings specifications and BCAR-compliant documentation.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise directly with clients consultants and contractors; attend client meetings; carry out site inspections and snagging.
- Project Leadership: Independently manage workload and deadlines across industrial commercial and select educational projects.
- Team Development: Support and mentor junior Architectural Technologists and graduates within the CSA team.
