Job Summary: The Marketing Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and projects. This role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
o Organize and maintain marketing files documents and databases.
o Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and events for the marketing team.
o Coordinates with various department on operational matters related to service providers & procurement
o Suggests efficiencies to work scope and workflow in order to improve efficiency and customer service
2. Marketing Campaign Coordination:
o Assist in planning executing and tracking marketing campaigns including digital social media and print.
o Coordinate mailing facilitate blast messaging and distribution / communication of mailers promotions and other initiatives to concerned departments.
o Collaborate with vendors designers and other stakeholders to meet campaign deadlines.
o Monitor the performance of campaigns and prepare regular performance reports. (eg. Rebates post promo reports etc.)
3. Teamwork
o Assist in planning executing and tracking marketing campaigns including digital social media and print.
o Assumes buddys responsibilities in their absence
o Helps build spirit of team camaraderie
o Performs other trade marketing duties as assigned with particular emphasis on cross assignment to events
o Goes the extra mile willingly to meet team objectives
