Collect market information through data analysis market research field research events local office feedback and competitor information.
Analyze market information to create recommendations and insights for future product developments.
Create planning sheets according to which final products need to be manufactured. This includes market information specifications of products a cost analysis and the cosmetic drawing.
Develop the product according to the planning sheet which includes the factory brief testing the samples and reporting back to the factory.
Contribute to the 35-year product strategy and product line up.
Be the knowledge center of product related information for colleagues and customers.
Work together with Sales and Marketing to ensure the features & benefits are well represented.
Bachelors degree in preferably a technical direction
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (experience working in a product analyst or research-based position with a commercial aspect).
Excellent English language skills both verbally and written.
Passionate predator angler.
Willing and able to travel frequently.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
