The Role:
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions including leases and sales
- Handle probate matters including drafting wills administering estates and advising clients
- Provide practical legal advice to clients on property and probate matters
- Support business growth by expanding into commercial property work
The Person:
- 1-4 years PQE as a Property Solicitor with experience in probate
- Strong interest in or experience with commercial property matters
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A detail-oriented proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
